Fitbits are not just for fitness
I never thought I needed a Fitbit until my friend, who also has issues with her heart, started wearing one.
Tachycardia causes my heart rate to increase drastically. Having the Fitbit allows me to track my heart rate without someone having to find a pulse and use a stopwatch.
