October 11th is Mental Health Day
Today is Mental Health Day. What do you do to maintain your mental health? Does unplugging from social media help? Do you do things to relax like listen to music or take a trip outside for some fresh air? Are there any self- help books you’ve read that you recommend?
I love the book “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff” by Richard Carlson. It’s a wonderful reference book that’ll help you to regain perspective and find the priorities in life. I also enjoy the YouTube channel “Style like You”. This channel sends the message to both men and women that style is what’s underneath (our experiences and life stories).
