      Do you drink milk? Eat cheese? Are you lactose and tolerant? There have been mixed messages about dairy for years. When I was younger having milk at meals was normal, they served it in school and I saw many commercials for it. Now a days I have seen things about dairy being linked to an increased risk of Alzheimer’s Disease and that drinking milk does not build strong bones. What is your opinion? Do you drink an alternative to milk?
