  Neglecting personal hygiene when experiencing fatigue

  Do you ever neglect personal hygiene because you are so fatigued?

  Often times when when my body is very tired, I have little energy an motivation to properly take care of myself. Instead of brushing my teeth or taking a bath, my little energy is being used to talk and keep my yes open.
