  Providing Work Accommodations for People with Disabilities

  “Having a job should be open to everyone” writes Hawkin in his article “Removing Barriers to Employment for People with Disabilities.” In 2019, only 19.3% of people with disabilities in the U.S. were employed. That is why we celebrate October as being National Disability Employment Awareness Month.

  Have you been turned down for employment because of your disability? Are you unable to make a living wage because you’re being supported by SSI or SSDI?
