The documentary, “The Social Dilemma,” shown on Netflix goes in depth about how technology not only affects our minds but also the complexities of society and economy told by some of the most elite programmers and software developers of today’s world.
I found “The Social Dilemma” incredibly insightful, even more than I was expecting. I hope that I can learn to separate myself from technology and be more present in my everyday life without the distractions of constant notifications and app usage.
