I was diagnosed with FSH 11 years ago. It started in my late 30s. I am married and live with my husband. I have two children with family of their own. In the home I use a three wheeler to get around. When I go out I use poles. I am still Pretty fortunate to be able to do things for myself. It just takes me longer because I get tired easily.
