Wheelchair accessible vans
When I got my first power wheelchair when I was 10, my family realized we needed a wheelchair accessible car to go along with it. We definitely weren’t going to be lifting a 325lb wheelchair in our Honda Oddyssey.
After attending a few Abilities Expos and talking to a few friends who are wheelchair users, my mom discovered a brand called Aero Mobility.
Aero Mobility takes vans and remodels them to accommodate wheelchair users.
We bought the back entry van so that we don’t have to worry about finding a handicapped parking spot every time we go somewhere.
Do you have a wheelchair accessible van? What company is it from? Do you drive a regular but require modifications to help you drive?
