I keep a ” veggie/ fruit” bag from the produce section tucked under the seat of my chair to go over my joystick in case I get caught out in in climate weather.  Works like a dream!!

OH MY WORD YES!! My potassium bottoms out on a regular basis. (I’ve never been given an explanation as to why.) I do take Spironolactone which is a diuretic and has a potassium preservative in it so it’s getting better…

Oh dear friend what I wouldn’t give to enjoy shellfish of some type. I’m DEADLY allergic as in anaphylactic allergic which stunk when we lived on the coast!! GRRR!
