  The Importance of Tongue Scrapping

  Do you use a tongue scrapper as part of your daily oral care or make sure to brush your tongue?

  My dentist instructed me to begin using a tongue scrapper because of all the plague my tongue holds and the occasional sores I get on the gums in the back of my mouth. I never realized what an important part of oral hygiene tongue scrapping is before I started using one.
