Hi Jerry! I haven’t been available for a few weeks due to health reasons. Sometimes I get so busy with stuff that I forget to read some of my notification. I will try to be a regular on News Today. I would really like to chat or talk with you when we both are not busy.

Costco gas attendants will pump your gas once you display your handicap placard. Give them a couple of horn honks, to get their attention. They are extremely helpful and courteous.

Yes I have seen that they do this but it requires you to have a Costco membership and I know that can be too costly for some. It is great if you do, so I will look into it! Thank you so much for the reply!

@ed-davis Hi Ed. I too have OPMD. I lived in SD for approximately 40 years. Currently living in La Quinta. Im 74 years old. Dani, what has helped me tremendously is, one word. Stretching. There isn’t a day that passes by that i don’t stretch. While laying in bed, I stretch every conceivable muscle. Most concentrated is the hips & leg muscles.
Sit at the edge of the bed and twist your upper torso while keeping your legs in resistance mode. Then do small circles and…[Read more]

I’m scheduled for a Colonoscopy this week. My concern is that the establishment has not contacted me with Bowel preparedness. Time is of essence. I should be in prep mode for Tuesday. I may just reschedule.
