My husband is 57 years old with Beckers and I know that the biggest contributor is STRESS over the fact that he’s getting worse and also scooter malfunctions. We know certain foods agitate his stress, and we cut down on those. When he does eat them we have to premedicate with either Beano for veggies or Lactaid for dairy. Stay around positive people and wear a mask and keep distance of 6 feet.
most of all know ‘God is in control’! Always talk to God and let Him know how you’re feeling. Prayers are the best stress relief.
