  Being Independent Within My Capabilities

  For people with disabilities the defining factors of independence vary from person to person and therefore should not be compared. In her newest article, “Being Independent Within My Capabilities” she states the ways in which she manages to be independent in her life with mitochondrial myopathy muscular dystrophy.

  What defines independence for you? How do you maintain independence in your life with MD? What memories can you share about loosing as well as regaining your independence?
