Can’t Swallow Pills. Alternatives?
What do you do if, for some reason, you can’t take your regular-sized pills for a few weeks, but you can’t break them, and they are timed released? Or what if you are tired of swallowing pills are there have been too many times you’ve choked on them? Have you tried applesauce or yogurt but still, it is too difficult to get the capsules down?
I can swallow most of my pills, but there have been numerous times that even with food and drink, I can’t get my medicine down and it feels stuck in my throat.
Share your experiences. Did your doctor switch you to a different medication, were there side effects?
