  Do you experience seizures? Did you know that there are seizure alert apps that you can download on the Apple Watch? The motion detection on your Apple Watch will be alerted and automatically send your emergency contact a text message, phone call and email informing them of your seizure. Some apps even track how long your seizure lasts.
