  Tips: Clean yourself without a shower

  Hygiene is important, but a daily shower isn’t always necessary, and it can really dry out your skin. I have difficulty showering so I am always looking for alternatives to getting cleaning without having to psychically get into a tub or shower. If I am traveling and the shower is not accessible I sometimes have to shower without water.

  1. Use baking soda or organic baby powder as a dry shampoo.
  2. Use olive oil to prevent clogged pores and keep skin moisturized.
  3. Use apple cider vinegar to naturally deodorize your armpits
  4. Purchase biodegradable and antibacterial combat wipes.
