Hi everyone!

I have three sons diagnosed with FSHD. I also have had symptoms since I was a child but not yet diagnosed. I am seeing a neurologist in May for my challenges have become more difficult. My father and grandmother also showed signs but were not diagnosed. I am a professional pianist, principal pianist for Brazos Valley Symphony Orchestra. I own a music school in our area and am a staff accompanist for local college. Since January, I have had to work on my healing for playing piano has become a challenge. My three sons are also musicians. I am doing aqua therapy, physical therapy, and worship meditation work for my brain including creating my own music meditations. I have two albums in Spotify and iTunes: Alabaster Box and Refuge. Meditations can be found under my name on SoundCloud.
