I was diagnosed with Myotonic Muscular dystrophy type 1, Nov. 2014. During high school I was a 3 sport athlete Wrestling, Football, and Golf. Also became an Eagle Scout at the age of 16. Then straight into the military after High School. My (MOS)military Occupational specialty was Airborne Infantry. I was very physically fit, i had to be with my MOS that I had. 2 mile run. Time was 10:53, pushups in 2 minutes was 102, and situps in 2 minutes was 94. Now I’m trying a new diet plan for myself, vitamins, and got a membership to planet fitness. I need some recommendations on what to eat, any natural remedies such as herbs and oils, and what vitamins to take. Please let me know. I’m losing my muscles at a scary rate.
