Short Bio |
Started out with excessive sleepiness from teens through adulthood. Early 60’s began unexplained fatigue, shortness of breath, weakness in forearms and double vision both vertically and horizontally. For the next 10 years numerous blood, DNA and muscle tests. Finally after second muscle biopsy, myotonic dystrophy became the closest diagnosis. At that point doctors told me they could only give me something for the muscle pain, glasses with prisms for the double-vision and told me no reason to come back to them unless something changed in my symptoms.
