Adam Wechsler is a passionate disability advocate, serving on both the Vermont Statewide Independent Living Council and Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy’s Adult Advisory Committee (PAAC) since 2020. He focuses on housing and quality-of-life initiatives. Adam is an aspiring community designer and writer, and recently completed a certificate in Geographic Information Systems. He was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy in 1999 and lives with his family in Jericho, Vermont.
