Electrolyte drinks at events or festivals
Do you carry your own electrolyte drink with you? Has your drink ever been confiscated at an event?
Thankfully, I’ve never had my Gatorade taken away from me while entering a festival. Anytime a security person checks me I always add that my Gatorade is a medical necessity, which it is. The electrolytes in Gatorade quench my thirst, keep me from getting dehydrated and help to keep my heart pumping regularly.
