Anger/Getting angry
I usually get angry when I see something I think is wrong, like someone parking in a handicap space without a place card, or strangers being rude. I get mad at my parents, but family dynamics can be complicated, and it is easy to get angry at the people you are closest to in life. I have high blood pressure, so I need not to get angry, but there is sometimes so much in the world that can frustrate someone.
What do you usually do when you get angry? What are the situations that make you mad? What are the physical effects of getting angry? (e.g., blood pressure) Is getting angry an effective way of dealing with problems?
