  Back Issues Due to Muscle Atrophy

  Have you had any experience with sciatic pain or a slipped disk? Have you had to have corrective surgery to fix the problem and reduce your pain?

  It is common with a muscle wasting disease like Muscular Dystrophy to have weak and/or atrophied back muscles. This can sometimes result in problems with the back.

  Do you think your back pain is a result of your MD?
