Valentine’s Day 2021
Yesterday was Valentine’s Day. I met with some friends and had a nice dinner. My parents and I exchanged chocolates, and it was nice seeing everyone’s proclamations of love online. Sometimes this holiday can be challenging if you are single because it is a reminder of being alone. I have always tried to fill my Valentine’s Day with family and friends’ love because those are important relationships.
How did you celebrate Valentine’s? Do you feel lonely or annoyed by the holiday? Did you grow up celebrating the holiday in school or among friends? Is this a holiday that you like or dislike?
