  Places with Air Conditioning

  During the warm summer months, it can be hard for my body to regulate its temperature. Either the weather is too hot or I’m shivering from the air conditioning, but I’d much rather bundle up in the AC rather than sweat to death. Here are some recommendations for places to go that will provide you a cool sanctuary from the heat:

  Local Mall

  Cafe/coffee shop

  Ice Cream shop

  Movie Theatre

  Restaurant

  Department store

  Grocery store

  Public library

  What are your favorite places to escape from the heat? Do you suffer from heat intolerance? What are some other tips for surviving the summer months?
