An article on the FSH Society website has a clever tip for managing dry eyes with muscular dystrophy! “One of our members went to dry eye clinic recently and they recommended using Glad Press-N Seal as an overnight eye mask for keeping eyes closed and moist.”

      What has worked for you when dealing with dry eyes? Do you notice your eyes are more dry in the winter? Does a humidifier help in the winter months or all year round for dry eyes, do you try to stay hydrated but worry about too many trips to the bathroom?
