Does your wheelchair accessible van malfunction during the colder months? Who helps you scrape the ice off your car? Does the ramp get stuck going up and down because of colder temperatures?

I am very frustrated with my van now because the ramp has not worked right for the last 2 weeks during this bitter cold. I had it in to be repaired this week and again this morning it will not work!
