Working with a back brace

I use one that wraps around my shoulders and chest that helps my posture and pulls my shoulders back. I bought it off of Amazon.com a few years ago and it’s still in excellent condition. Other then that I haven’t had much experience with back braces.

Hi Dani,
My rehab doctor said the same thing and she even advised me not to wear it at all, but I had bought it before so I was just wondering about any other experieces Thank you and have a wonderfull weekend
