  Trunk/Trick or Treat?

  I had fond memories of trick or treating with my friends around the neighborhood. When I got older, and it was more difficult for me to go upstairs, my friends would take my bag up for me, and I always got extra candy!

  Due to safety reasons, parents began getting together in school, church, and community parking lots and decorating their cars to hand out candy that way. In my opinion I think it is still safe to trick or treat in your neighborhoods if you go with your child or teach your child about staying safe and never go into someone’s home or leaving the group.

  Do you take your child trick or treating around your neighborhood, or do you prefer to go to a trunk or treat? Have you heard of trunk or treat?
