Tip: Stretching your back and hips
My physical therapist has me roll up a blanket or towel and place it under my lower lumbar (low back), and then I lay on it. The stretch is fantastic. I need help putting the rolled towel/blanket under my back, but it is so worth asking for assistance to get that stretch. I can feel it in my back and hips. If you have someone with you, they can push on your shoulders to get an even better stretch across your chest.
