  Renovating your bathroom to make it wheelchair accessible is a daunting task. Having advice from someone who’s been through the process of remodeling and has a disability can help tremendously.

  Pedestal sinks are ideal for those that use their wheelchair in the bathroom. Without the cabinets surrounding the sink, a person is able to roll closer to the faucet. Storage can be placed in various other parts of the bathroom such as a medicine cabinet.
