How do you get your recommended amount of protein in your diet?
If I’m on the go, usually to a doctors appointment, and don’t have time to eat, I’ll bring a protein bar with me. I like the ones from Think Thin because they’re not full of sugar yet still very filling. My mom and I have also started making protein smoothies at home. I found a few yummy and simple protein smoothie recipes on Pinterest if you’re interested.
Are you or your caregiver able to make smoothies? Are smoothies a part of your daily routine because chewing is difficult?
