  Have you joined in on the 2009 vs 2019 photo comparison band wagon that’s been exploding on social media? How has your body change within these last 10 years? How has your Muscular Dystrophy changed your life the last decade?

  My MD has gotten worse and better in some ways. I don’t have as many Tachycardia episodes as I used to have. But, I also use my wheelchair a lot more. Ten years ago I wasn’t as comfortable in my own skin as I am now.
