During hospital stays when I’ve been in a particularly bad relapse, I’ve been asked by physical therapists why I don’t own an adjustable bed. I can understand how they would think that I might need it. It would save me energy when getting out of bed but I also believe it is healthy to use and maintain the muscles that I still have.

Do you own an adjustable bed? What are some reasons you bought it and the benefits you e experienced from owning it? Does it make it easier for you to transition out of your bed? Did a physical therapist or doctor recommend a suitable brand for your needs?
