“Bad” Days with MD
Most everyone has a bad day, some days last longer than others. Some people let the bad day run its course, while consuming loads of chocolate or fried foods. Some practice being grateful by listing off the things that are good in our lives. Some of us get in bed, and sleep it away. I just recently went through a spell of “bad” days. It seems like when it rains it pours and it was one thing after another that was going wrong in my life.
How do you deal with the “bad days”? What have been some hardships that you have made it through? Do you think everything happens for a reasons, and what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger? How do you feel when people try to “cheer” you up during times of struggle?
