• Brain Fog: causes and symptoms

Posted by Leah Leilani on April 25, 2019 at 5:10 pm

I’ve mentioned in my articles how brain fog has had an impact on my life. It has caused me to be inept in academics and unable to think fast on my feet.

Although brain fog isn’t necessary a medical condition, it is a culmination of multiple symptoms that disrupt your ability to think. Some of the causes of brain fog are stress, sleep deprivation and diet but is commonly found in people with chronic fatigue.

Do you have troubles keep up with video games or playing notes in a fast song? Is it hard for you to stay focused and maintain your concentration? Do you suffer from memory loss? Do you feel unmotivated and unable to stay organized?
