  These past 7 months in lockdown, I have tried my best to stay motivated to take care of all aspects of my health. One part that I need to do better is dental care. Have you gone to the dentist this year? Had corona made you nervous about taking your mask off and allowing someone to clean your mouth. Do you usually have anxieties about the dentist?
