Dealing with Loss and Grief
How have you dealt with loss of someone close to you? After a loved one passes did you move to a smaller place? Did you need more care? Was your loved one your caregiver? Did you notice a degeneration in MD after the passing of someone you cared for?
Don’t be afraid to ask for help if you need it. Sometimes just having someone else by your side can help you feel like you don’t have to do everything on your own and give you some relief. Even if you’re just sitting around together. Loss can feel isolating. Let others in. Your family and friends will be more than willing to pitch in.
