Disabled or able-bodies lovers
Many people have attributes that they find attractive in a person. For example, a certain eye color or an interest in a specific genre of music.
When picturing you’re future significant other, would you rather they have a disability, chronic illness or be able-bodied? If you both of you were in wheelchairs, would you feel obligated to have a caregiver help with opening doors or pulling out chairs at a restaurant? Do you feel as though you have enough on your plate in regards to taking care of yourself and therefore don’t feel capable of supporting someone else’s health problems? Do you relate more to able-bodied people than disabled people? Are in a relationship with another wheelchair user and enjoy being able to empathize with one another?
