Essential Oils and Muscular Dystrophy
I am part of a muscular dystrophy groups on social media and in the recent years I have seen an increase in essential oil use. What is your opinion on it? Have you tried it? Did you notice any benefits? Have you incorporated it in to your daily routine?
There has also been early research showing the possible benefits for essential oils. For circulation: rosemary, ginger, black pepper, peppermint, lemongrass, rose geranium. For Antioxidant Properties: Lavender. For decreasing pain naturally include peppermint, frankincense, ginger, etc. I personally have been given samples and enjoyed some benefits, like feeling calmer and some cooling relief with peppermint but I have not fully embraces oils yet.
