  Estimated life expectancy after diagnosis

  When you were diagnosed did your doctor give you an estimated life expectancy? How many years were you given to live? How did you and your family react to this life expectancy? Have you found it difficult to make future plans and goals because of this life expectancy? Have you surpassed that life expectancy and if so, how do you feel about it now?
