  EDC stands for Every Day Carry and is basically a type of everyday survival kit that can to tailored to your specific needs. They can range from big or small in size and carry a variety of tools and gear to help you in mundane or emergency situations.

  My mom made her own EDC that contains essential necessities such as extra medications, a tourniquet, disposable hand warmers, bandages, and much more.

  There is such a huge following of EDCers that there are entire YouTube channels and even podcasts dedicated to the subject.
