Are there any foods that you’re sensitive to that can worsen your MD symptoms?
I recently found out that the progression of my Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease is caused by eating too much sugar. Not just sugar from candy but natural and artificial sugars found in fruits, certain foods and drinks. I already try hard to minimize my intake of fat and this feels like another restriction. I never had many food sensitivities until being diagnosed with Fatty Liver Disease.
