  Formal Wear for Special Occasions

  I have several weddings next year that require me to wear a bridesmaid gown or something formal. What kind of formal wear do you prefer if you have leg braces or use a mobility device? Do you go to the tailor for alterations? What has been your experience with suits or dresses?
