    Since being required to wear a mask out in public, have you experienced headaches from it?

    People who have worked in hospitals for years say that you should wear your mask at home to get used to it. Masks are uncomfortable, but unless you have a severe breathing problem, they do not harm you. Many people will feel anxious and confined when wearing masks. They might feel light-headed and think they may pass out. In that case, you should sit down and try and breathe.
