      I have felt stuck lately, a sort of blockage. I lack motivation in most areas of my life, so I wanted to do something about it.

      I have been trying to get up in the mornings and move my body. After that, I try and cook something that I can eat during the week to save money from buying takeout. I have also tried to rearrange furniture and things in my apartment to change the environment.

      How do you give your life a refresher?
