  How to Tapper Off Prescribed Medicine

  Have you ever had side effects coming off of your medicine? What kind of medicine was it? Did you try stopping the medicine yourself or did you ask your doctor to ween you off?

  I have been on and off several medicines with many different side effects. A lot of the time the best remedy for me is to sleep it off. I have been on Cymbalta (Duloxetine) for many years and am slowly coming off of it. There have been some physical and mental side effects so far but I am trying to counter act those with herbal supplements and sleep. What has worked for you when coming off medicines?
