  Advice: Ice or heat for soreness?

  Here is a little Game of Thrones question! Just kidding! This is about achy/ sore muscles.

  Do you prefer ice or heat? What have been the benefits? Does alternating work for you? Have you found certain ice packs or heating pads that are best? Do you travel with ice packs or heating packs?
