  Monday Shoutout: Kevin Hart

  Today is Monday and you know what that means. It’s time for Monday Shoutout! This week, MD News Today features Kevin Hart as our honorary mention.

  Taking over from Jerry Lewis, Kevin Hart hosted the most recent MDA Telethon on October 24th. The telethon, once known as The Jerry Lewis MDA Labor Day Telethon, has now been renamed The Kevin Hart Kids Telethon and aired for the first time this year since Jerry Lewis’ resignation in 2010. During the telethon, Hart was joined by comedians, actors and musicians for a live streamed virtual event that raised over $10.5 billion.
