My recent diagnosis of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
Have you heard of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease? This last summer I was diagnosed with this disease after an abdominal ultrasound.
Fatty liver can occur if a person has been an heavy drinker but it can also happen if a person has a diet containing lots of fat. It’s a common problem among the those living in the U.S.
I’m in the process of altering my diet in order to prevent my liver from worsening.
